The Cookbook I Use

The Cookbook I Use

I bought it the way I buy cookbooks: to admire, never to open. It became the one our sex life cooks from every week.

It reads like a cookbook with ratings: thousands of women in the OMGYES research, and beside each technique, how many of them like it. The page I return to most isn’t about hands at all. It’s called Framing, it’s about what happens in your head first, and 95% of women like it. I’d assumed that part was just mood.

Not just mood. A recipe, and one of the best in the book.

Women: if the best nights have always started long before the bedroom, that isn’t you being complicated. It’s one of the most widely shared preferences in the whole collection.

Partners: this is good news, because the first ingredient costs nothing and can start at breakfast. Most women in the research say the head goes first, and the rest follows happily.
