Recently it's still great, but more routine.

So I went to find something to help because I’m ready to try new things.

That’s how I found these Yale researchers who did a massive study of 20,000 women and couples.

They made a website with their findings. Some of what I saw we already did, but there was lots we hadn’t tried.

It took a little bit of time to find what we liked, but some techniques were like a light-bulb went off. I had experienced them before but never had the words to ask for what I wanted.

Other things, like “Shallowing” I had never heard before and have become new favorites for us.
