So this is what I learned about my pleasure. And what I think you'll learn about yours.
I don’t remember when I noticed I liked rocking back and forth a lot more than I liked bobbing up and down when I’m on top.
But when I saw there were WORDS for the specifics of what I liked, like actual terms, it seriously changed how I think about sex forever.
I was like, "Hoooray, I thought that was just me who like that specific thing! And there's a word for it!?!" over and over again.
And once I saw the w0men in the videos on OMGYES talk, using those specific words, and just SAY WHAT THEY LIKE in such a precise but not at all raunchy way, I realized I could, too, and I wanted to.
Words are so important. When something has a word, it makes it real. It's suddenly not just my own experience, it's out in the world. Like "rocking" (my favorite section of the OMGYES research.)
Rocking. It's a thing! Not in and out and in and out. Rock back and forth like this. 😄
What's so cool, is once you see all of the techniques thousands of other women have shared, named and organized so beautifully, it feels like a whole new spread of options and ingredients and techniques. I felt like a kid in a candy store.
I know there's a lot of BS out there about sex, but this is legit scientific research from IU and Yale turned into legit new words humans can use to love each other better.
I can't recommend it enough. You've got to experience it.
